WHOLESALE: We can sell wholesale only to individuals providing a valid resellers permit.
IN-STATE SHIPPING TO CONSUMERS: Current laws allow it. Packaging charge and freight determined by weight and destination address.
OUT OF STATE SHIPPING TO CONSUMERS: Each state still controls it's own alcohol distribution and has it's own version of interstate shipping law for wine. All shipments from our winery are based on existing law in the receiving state at time of order. There are still many states where shipment is not possible.
BULK WINE IN BOND PURCHASES: We have no interest in this type of sale at the present time.
CONTRACT WINES: Woodstone Creek can do private labeling for commercial accounts only. The client must commit to a full barrel (20 - 25 cases) and remove all cases after bottling - we cannot store them for you. Contract, deposit and applicable liquor permit required. All contracts are subject to negotiation. Cost variables include production, bottle cost, label design, freight and print costs. Be advised the label will reflect the following statement: "Bottled and produced by Woodstone Creek for . . ." as required by federal law.
DONATIONS, CHARITIES, FUNDRAISERS, FESTIVALS: Requires a liquor permit issued by the State of Ohio. Preference will be given to F- 4 events. For details on the F- 4 permit, please contact the Ohio State Board of Liquor Control. These permits require application 30 days in advance of the event and participation by a minimum of three Ohio wineries. You will be required to furnish us with your permit information prior to our participation.
Other permits will be considered, but we are limited by existing commitments and inventory.
OHIO LIQUOR LAW NOW ALLOWS US TO SELL OUR SPIRITS DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC! Our new permit allows bottle sales "to go" from our gift shop. Our spirits are also available from limited store and restaurant locations in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Distributed by Republic National Distribution Company in Kentucky and Liquor Control in Ohio.
RESTAURANTS, LIQUOR STORES & BARS (OHIO). Place your orders through your usual sources. Our spirits are registered with the Cincinnati regional state liquor control warehouse. Call us to facilitate a warehouse to warehouse transfer from the Cincinnati regional facility. Or, ask your supplier for an agency to agency transfer in your own distribution area. BULK IN BOND PURCHASES: Single barrels only. Requires necessary permits and license. Must be transported to your premise immediately after distillation. Our aged spirits are not available for bulk purchase.
OUT OF STATE/INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS: These sales are restricted by applicable laws in various locales. Each request, from licensed distributors only, will be considered dependant on individual circumstance.
CONTRACT LABEL: We can do private label spirit when we have excess barrels. This will not be a common occurence. Clear spirit such as vodka and gin are the most likely - fully aged brown spirit are not. We are not bulk producers. Product can only leave our premise in labeled bottles. Proper license required.
